  • Assistant Administration Manager (1 Positions)
  • Job Responsibilities: Human Resources and Office Management
  • Supervise and direct the HR, IT, General Affairs and Documents Control functions
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Law or any related fields
  • 10-15 years experiences, preferable in Engineering and/or Construction Company
  • Good command of both writing and spoken English

  • Project Construction Manager (1 Positions)
  • Job Responsibilities: Site or Construction Management
  • Supervise and direct the project team and sub-contractors
  • Manage and Control Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety of the Plant Construction Execution
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in field of Engineering or related discipline
  • Possessing at least 10 years experience in Construction Planning/Scheduling and construction work of Refinery and Petrochemical Plants.
  • Extensive experience in the construction management and supervision/monitoring of multi disciplined construction phase projects as well as at HSE aspects associated with projects to ensure construction supervision and workforce adhere strictly to the project requirement, specification, standard, procedure and HSE.
  • Through understanding of contracts and have the ability to analyses schedules, progress reporting documents.
  • Possessing proactive attitude, Strong team leadership, Self Initiative, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff at all levels, Sub-contractors and Client.

  • SCHEDULE CONTROLLER (1 Positions)
  • Personal qualification : Thai nationality, Male or Female, age not over 35 year old
  • Functions : Engineering, Analyst, Project Management, Strategy/Planning, Other,
  • Work location : Bangkok-Rayong, Thailand
  • Experience: At least 3-5 year experiences of schedule control and planning in EPC project of petrochemical and Chemical plant including Shop fabrication
  • Educational Qualification : Master/ Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant field

  • * Solid and demonstrable experience as a cost and schedule controller

  • * Strong knowledge of MS-Office such Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
  • * Proficiency in the use of Primavera or Microsoft Project and WBS table for Process Measurement Procedure and Milestones
  • * Establish Project control Procedure i.e. Variation procedure, Invoice procedure, etc.
  • * Excellent oral and written communication skills both of Thai and English language
  • Job Description:
  • * Work independently or under the guidance of a Project Management or lead Engineer to assist and advice team in relation to project schedule control.
  • * Preparation of schedules, regular review and update of project schedule, reports and presentations related to project controls, to ensure that proper steps are taken to maintain the dates set by the schedules including status reports to client.
  • * Review and analysis of project control data to predict possible problems, particularly in schedule slippage and project critical path impact and the schedule data collected according to the procedure and method established by the Project Manager.
  • * Collect and summarize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly data periodically on the progress of the field construction work of each work category, manpower mobilization, materials delivery, construction equipment mobilization, engineering documentation and other construction related activities
  • * To work with all project disciplines to Project Manager, Project Coordinator and the teams understanding of total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities
  • * Monitor the progress and productivity of the construction activities and other related activities in reference to the various latest detailed construction schedules and report to the Project Management on any discrepancy found between the actual and scheduled progresses.
  • * Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties entrusted in respect of the construction schedule control work.
